Your rights, one by one

Making a request
Write to [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise and, if you have an account, writing from that account's address, that is enough for us to identify you.
We respond within one month. If your request is complex or we receive many of them, that period can be extended by two months: we will tell you within the first month, with the reason.
If we have reasonable doubt about your identity we may ask for one further element, never more than necessary, and never an ID document as a first step.
You do not have a derush.tv account?
That is possible, and we may still hold data about you. derush.tv records the Twitch chat of channels that use the service, to help review teams find good moments. If you wrote in the chat of one of those channels, or submitted a marker through our Twitch extension, your Twitch username and messages may be in our systems.
You can request access to that data, its erasure, or object to it being processed. Write to us with your Twitch username and, if you know them, the channel(s) involved, that lets us find the records.
Complaint
