Your team reviews during the live

You are live: you cannot take notes. Someone on your team can, with their role, their permissions and the same timeline as you. Here is the evening as it happens.

The situation

A review team is made of people you trust: a moderator, a friend, a long-time viewer. What they usually lack is a place to write down what they see, when they see it, without disturbing you and without a Discord thread to dig up three weeks later.

The review panel opens during the live. Every member places notes and segments there, signed with their name, with the live Twitch chat next to it. The next day, you reopen the VOD and the markers are already on the timeline.

How it goes

  1. 1

The schedule says who reviews tonight

A weekly grid with everyone's availability. You know who takes Thursday's live, and so do they.

  2. 2

Your moderator opens the panel during the live

The player, the timeline and the live Twitch chat, on the same page. She moderates and writes in the chat with her own Twitch account, with the rights Twitch gives her.

  3. 3

A note in a few seconds, with its tags

Title, reason, icon, the channel's tags. The note lands on the timeline with its author and time, visible to the whole team.

  4. 4

A reviewer opens a segment on the boss fight

A start, an end, or an end set later. A segment is a range of the VOD, ready to open in the editor without searching.

  5. 5

The next day, you reopen the VOD

The notes and segments are there, signed. The per-VOD chat keeps the team's exchanges attached to the video, not in a thread to dig up.

What you use

What stays in your hands

  • Every member needs a derush.tv account and an invitation from you. The role you give them decides what they can do.
  • Moderating your Twitch chat stays between Twitch and your moderator: derush.tv shows the chat, it neither adds nor removes any right.

Frequently asked questions

Do my members have to pay?

No. The plan belongs to the channel and covers the whole team. Up to 500 followers, the Member plan is free.

Who can delete a note placed by someone else?

It depends on the role. Permissions are set per role, and the administrator and the streamer can do everything. A member sees and does what you decided, no more.

What does a member see during the live?

The live player, the timeline of the current VOD, the notes, markers, clips and chat tabs, and the live Twitch chat. The same page as you, with their permissions.

Is the schedule mandatory?

No. It helps when the team splits lives and VODs between members. A team of two can do without it.

Invite your first trusted person before the next live.

Free to start, no card required. The Member plan is free up to 500 followers.
